I welcome the opportunity to support teachers and schools in the development of school priorities. I am particularly excited about visioning, developing, and implementing programs which build individual and collective capacity for leadership and transformational learning experiences.

I bring 16 years of experience in school administration, teaching/counselling, and program development in both public and private school settings as well as specialized contexts such as Aboriginal communities and outdoor/experiential education. I have also served on the Board of Directors for local, provincial, and national organizations with a special emphasis in human resource capacity development and strategic planning.

I hold a BA in English Literature & History, MEd in Leadership, and specialist designations in Special Education and Guidance & Career Education.

I have created and delivered professional development workshops and presentations, varying in length from 60 minutes to multi-day retreats, on a wide variety of topics including (but not limited to):

Guidance & Career Education

  • Successfully navigating Canadian, US, and UK higher education and post-secondary applications (students & counsellors)
  • Writing effective letters of recommendation for US & UK post-secondary applications (counsellors and teachers)
  • Gap year, experiential and outdoor education programs
